Referral disclosure

This website advertises a phone number. A call to that number is routed to an independent contractor in the water damage restoration business.

What that means

• The site is not the contractor, and it has no crews, trucks, licenses or insurance of its own.
• The brand name on the site identifies the site only. It is not the name of the firm that answers.
• The contractor who answers can change from call to call.
• The site does not make or promise any repair, and it does not supervise the work.
• Descriptions on the pages are general and are not statements about any one contractor.

Advertising

The site is operated as an advertising and referral business. It is not independent of the line it advertises, so read it as advertising and not as a neutral review of contractors.

Your responsibility

Before you agree to work, verify the contractor's license where Texas requires one, check their insurance, and get the scope in writing. The hiring guide explains how.
