About this site
Privacy policy
Effective 5 November 2026. This page explains what the site and its phone number handle. It names no individual. Write to contact@missouricitywaterdamage.com with any question.
What the website collects
The site has no forms, no accounts and no cookies. You do not enter information on it.
Like most web servers, the host keeps technical logs, which can include an IP address, the page requested and the browser type. These logs are used to keep the site working and to spot abuse.
The site may use a cookieless analytics tool that runs through its own domain. It counts page views and taps on the phone number. It does not set tracking cookies and does not follow visitors from one website to another.
What the phone line handles
When you call, the call is routed to an independent contractor by a call-routing service. The service sees the number you called from, the time and the length of the call. Calls may be recorded and monitored.
The contractor you speak with handles what you tell them under their own practices. The site does not control those practices.
How information is used
Call records are used to route calls, to resolve billing disputes and complaints, and to understand which pages lead to calls. Information is not sold to data brokers.
Sharing
Information may be shared with the call-routing service, the hosting provider and the contractor who takes the call. It may also be shared when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can block analytics in your browser. You can tell the person who answers that you do not want the call recorded. You can email a request to see or delete what the site holds about you, and the reply will say what can be done.
Children
The site is for adults who own or rent a home. It is not aimed at children.
